Most of these employees most likely started to work at the factory when it was still on North Second Street across from the Prather estate.

You will recognize most of the names and faces.

  1. My aunt, Elizabeth Franklin, was an expert seamstress. She made all her and her children's clothes, and they looked like professionally produced quality garments.
She had hundreds of "patterns" in a huge box near her sewing machine.

  4. Hey gang,
I worked with all these people from early "60"s thru "72" They had a "reputation"-- They were the BEST--when the company needed something special done they were picked to do it-- Ms Crider was the plant mgr and she knew how to get things done. I was head of quality control in the Tupelo division and this group was the best of all the 5 factories in our division, so "Hats off to you" and thanks for all your hard work.
